I decided to type up all my revision notes from school and the lectures I have been to. I am planning to post them soon but god damn open office didn't save the file properly so half the images are missing!! Still would like a few more rescoures though, all exams seem to ask for two and i can only ever think of internet and library books.. :S

one exam had "list 4" ...

Resources could be encyclopaedias, direct observations, market research, surveys etc?
