Ah sweet. Didn't know about the chromosome 12 and 13 thing. And even without that, i guess that makes sense about the spindle fibre thing within context to the question.

These are just a few examples i can think of :)
 Biological evolution such as hominins being bipedal have allowed things such as advancements in new tools to be produced (cultural)
An increase in brain size (biological evolution) have allowed humans to have more complex thoughts which have led to the development of languages (cultural) and advancements in tecnology (technological)
