Hi guys,

I've got another qn from VCAA 2009:

For MC, qn 20, why can't we use an iron rod as the anode (B)? I thought that as long as we can obtain lithium salts, it doesn't really matter what gets oxidised (iron or chloride)

But then you'd have to keep replacing the iron anode coz it keeps corroding!
