At what times do you find it easiest and most beneficial to study?

I like to study at midnight, but I've heard its not helpful and you don't end up remembering much. Is that true?

Well the time around midnight is the optimal time for deep sleep, so that would be one of the reasons why it's arguably not as beneficial. I guess it could vary depending on your individual sleep pattern, but personally I would avoid it.

Oh I see what you mean but it probably isn't a good time to learn theory..practice questions and do trials at that time. You could try waking up early in the morning? (I'm personally a morning-evening sort of person..can't study at night)
