Freaking Out

What should I be doing today?
I feel like I've done all I can.
I dont particularly want to study anymore, just incase I end up repeating what I did during my midterm exams.
However, I know thats not gonna happen.
So any suggestions about some alternative study? Anything but writing essays, cos that'll stress me out even more.

Thanks in advance.

- Go for a walk around your block! Seriously, it puts things into perspective and physical exercise uses up your stress hormones!
- Eat a nutritious dinner
- Go over all your quotes to remember
- Look over your themes and issues for your novel
- Have an early night! Go to bed about an hour earlier than normal
- Look at a few prompts and just do plans. That way you're still studying but it's not as frantic

Remember that this time tomorrow it will all be over. Just do your best and leave the room with no regrets :)

Read a book (not a textbook)
2012-2014. BSc: Neuroscience. University of Melbourne.
2015-2018. Doctor of Optometry. University of Melbourne.

Unlikely to respond to any PMs these days.

Freaking out as well but that little spazz up there helped a bit. Not really enough time left to study, imo. You get out what you put in and if you put in the effort, you will be okay.
