Help calm my nerves?

Wasn't scared before tonight, now i'm getting really agitated. My heart is racing. Any words of encouragement that could allay my fears?

Whilst we're at it, how are you feeling about the exam tomorrow?

I'm the same
But more like this V

Also what I've been saying to my friends is don't let the stress get to you...because you'll probably end up doing better then you thought you did
And once it's all over it doesn't really matter anyway

Just have fun with your writing!!

Log off, go for a run or something. Don't dwell on it. Best of luck for tomorrow though!  ;D

I'm completely calm.

Try to relax!! Do something you enjoy and go to bed early

If you've put in the hard yards, I'm certain you will be fine

You need to stay calm though

All the Best! :D

I would try not to stress about the exam too much. Forget about everything else - scores, grades, stuffing up, getting difficult topics - you don't need to think about that stuff.

Even if VCAA does throw hard topics, the plan of attack doesn't change. All you have to do is sit there for three hours and write your heart out. To me that doesn't seem like too much to worry about.

Just relax..... Do whatever you need to do in order to feel prepared and fully ready. Just think of this exam as another opportunity to write and prove your skills and knowledge, show them absolutely everything you've got (not literally - only write about whatever is RELEVANT) and give the examiners what they want to see. Do whatever you need to do to walk out of that exam room satisfied, content and happy after 13 years of studying this subject... :) GOOD LUCK!!!

Even if VCAA does throw hard topics, the plan of attack doesn't change. All you have to do is sit there for three hours and write your heart out. To me that doesn't seem like too much to worry about.

Exactly - have a game plan, and stick to it. Otherwise, you'll overthink it and screw up... So if you told yourself you'd refer to the author, use metalanguage etc but then suddenly under exam pressure consider throwing all that out the window, have self discipline and stick to your game plan!

Was losing it before my first SAC. Friend made me listen to this.

Nek minnit, SAC scores of 196/200 :P Just remember all of the work you've put in for this and imagine nothing but the best possible result. Make it  seem as real as you can and then go out there and get it!

And never lose sight of the fact that it's only VCE. Do as well as you can and if you don't do as well as you'd like, it's not the end of the world. You have 4 other exams to make up for it.

Very inappropriate DiMenza. I gave you a warning. Do it again, and you get a 3 day ban.
