When we get our ATAR back, do we just get a letter for our exam results for English, or a 45/60 ?

You can order your statement of marks afterwards to see the marks you received for each section.

Does anyone know, if you get the text message do you still get the GA1 GA2 and GA3 scores as well as the study score and then finally the overall ATAR? or do you just get your study scores and ATAR?

Yes you get a letter grading for each GA for each subject and a study score, alongside your ATAR score.

I'm not sure whether there was a sticker on the English exam?

I do recall there was a sticker near the top-right corner of the exam with the student's name and number on it, though I can't confirm that forgetting to write your name and number on the front won't matter.

The examiner told us that the handwritten student number is just a precaution in case the sticker falls off. So nothing to worry about.
