Well I CBF thinking much atm so just off the top,
Proctor - Conflict about lechery - because of this he hides and basically promises to never do this again. "I'll cut off my hand before I ever reach for you again" or something like that.
Hale - Conflict about the court's operations - responds to this by quitting the court, following his own moral guidelines/beliefs
Reverend Parris - responds to the conflict by "running-away" from it, hiding it, forcing himself to believe it is something else, all for reputation/pride
Danforth - At the start, tries to deal with the situation in a formal matter, but doesn't consider anything beyond one simple logic (about this occurrence being a mysterious case where only the witch and the victim can be "evidence"). So kind of tries to deal with it directly but encounters more problems. IMO it seems that later on, he is more worried about how the public sees their operation, since no one confessed and they just wanted one person ( proctor) to admit to it, so it seemed that what they were dealing with was "real".
Abigail - caught breaking societal rules, responds to it by shifting the blame away from herself onto others. So basically takes advantage of the opportunities that arose due to conflict.
So yeah, I dunno if some of it is wrong or not but this is how I thought of it.
