Question on getting a 50 in Legal Studies

I've posted about this before, but I want to present a different scenario that might occur. My SAC marks are 97/100 for Unit 3 and 99/100 for Unit 4. I'm ranked 3rd in SACs and I'm fairly certain I'll get 100% on the exam (my previous lack of marks was due to glandular fever). My first scenario was that all 3 of us at the top of the SAC ranks get 100% on the exam. However, assuming the two people above me DON'T get 100%, but get very close, say 69/70, and I do get 100%, would a 50 still be likely?
