Reproduction in observational learning?

Since Reproduction comes before motivation, does this mean it is only talking about the ability to reproduce and not the actual act of reproducing the behaviour?

I seem to vaguely remember talking about this in class, but the wording of it seems off putting if it's not actually reproducing the behaviour, so I thought I'd double check

Yes it's talking about the ability to reproduce the behaviour (i.e. learner must perceive themselves as having the ability/skill to reproduce the behaviour). With regards to the actual act of reproducing the behaviour, it occurs after the motivation stage.
For example, individual may believe that they have the ability to reproduce the behaviour, but then they would need to see why they ought to do it/what's their incentive, before they actually perform the behaviour.

Hi,
Just some clarification..
So when does the actual learning occur? Is that in the attention stage after they form the mental representation?
Also with motivation, is that just the individual must have an incentive to do it?

With regards to the actual act of reproducing the behaviour, it occurs after the motivation stage.

So it occurs at reinforcement or like after all stages have been complete?

I believe it has occurred after the retention stage (correct me if I'm wrong), but unless motivation occurs, the individual will not display the behaviour and we can say it is latent, like what Tolman was talking about.
Motivation is basically just incentive, yes. It can be external reinforcement, vicarious reinforcement or self-reinforcement (standards of performance we set for ourselves).
