And how to distinguish that the question is talking about goal not objective ??

Objectives usually has a figure or a date.

Goals is sort of like something that would go in a mission statement

I find that thinking that goals are usually long term, broad and vague statements. The way I think about it, objectives achieve goals, that usually helps me differentiate between the two.
