about photoelectric effect?
« on: November 14, 2012, 07:30:17 pm »
http://imageshack.us/f/96/quantumk.png/ so I talked about the fact that photoelectric effect is dependent on threshold frequency not the intensity of light..and included this diagram...is it ok ?

It's a bit vague to say that "the photoelectric effect" is dependent on the threshold frequency... You'd need to have specified exactly which quantities relate to which =/

Additionally, that graph actually reminds me of energy distributions associated with black-body radiation, not the photoelectric effect (though admittedly this is another experimental result supporting the quantum theory of light).
