Difference between Clayton and Caulfield campuses?

Hi!

So I'm going to Monash next year, probably doing a business/arts double degree. I'm starting to regret my choice for a few reasons, one of which being that it means I'm not on the main campus, and it looks like there's less clubs and activities, and general uni atmosphere.

I'm just wondering how big the difference is between Clayton and Caulfield? Should I be rethinking my degree choice so I can go to Clayton? I can't do commerce since I didn't do methods, but I don't really know what I want to do and the idea of any business course doesn't particularly excite me, so I wouldn't mind changing to something else.

Well in terms of atmosphere you are right in saying that clayton has a more "university like" atmosphere and more clubs but caulfield is closer to the city =). Honestly, the club thing isnt that great, sure there are free bbq's every so often but for the club events its usually done outside of campus anyways. The only time being at campus for clubs is if you were actually part of the committee.

If you are unsure on what you want to do maybe see a course advisor or you can think about just doing straight arts and then doing postgrad courses once you have figured out what you want to do.
