VTAC Letter "scholarship advice"

Hmmm... received a letter this afternoon by VTAC saying "you are not likely to receive a scholarship"

It said VTAC issues scholarship advice letters on behalf of universities

Could uni's have received our results already?
2011: Business Management (46)

2012: English, Further, Methods, Specialist, Australian Politics

I think they go by your scholarship application, as I also received a letter from VTAC stating that they retained interest by my application for a scholarship. I don't think universities would get results before we do. Correct me if I am wrong.

I really doubt universities would get results before we/our teachers do.

I also got one of these scholarship letters saying they retain an interest.
