I have a morning ritual that I need to share. I call it "the terminator". First I crouch down in the shower in the classic "naked terminator traveling through time" pose. With my eyes closed I crouch there for a minute, visualizing either Arnold or the guy from the second movie (not the chick in the third one because that one sucked) and I start to hum the terminator theme. Then I slowly rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me to proceed through my day as an emotionless, cyborg badass. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It ruins the fantasy.

Try go sleep normal time, don't set an alarm until say 6:45 am. This way you don't have to do the enduring wait. Last year I woke up @ 6:30 and was like "woo I don't have to wait very long" - had a wash, brushed teeth, went downstairs and it was like 6:45. My results came 5 minutes later.

i think at 6:57am ill start playing eye of the tiger and rise out of bed in triumph, standing still whilst looking at my phone. when it goes of, i will slowly reach down and touch the tablet of doom. I will then proceed to sleep in a dark depressive slumber for 4 hours and face the fact that i may actually make an impressive bunnings check out chick for the rest of my life.
