When you say your 'mind is racing', what are you actually thinking about? Maybe if you confront these things in broad daylight, it'll be easier for you to get to sleep and sleep constantly throughout the night  :)

Also, before you go to sleep, try and calm down for 30min or so (don't watch TV, go on AN or the internet in general and absolutely DO NOT drink caffeine  :P )

Sometimes, listening to peaceful music or landscape sounds can help :)

I have downloaded songs or sounds and I just play them through my speakers in my room (via iPad or iPhone) and have a sleep timer set at 1h so it doesn't run throughout the whole night.

Or you can download some apps for your phone if you have the ability to do so as well.

But what is racing through your mind? Results are out now, so what could possibly be going on? :D

I wake up early so that time where I can't possible stay awake is more like 12-1am
