How hard is this?
My scholarship offer from Monash is conditional on maintain a 'minimum of a distinction weighted average mark (70 per cent) each semester'
I thought 70% was pretty high?
I'm tossing up between Melb Chancellor's and Monash Med so just trying to get all the info i can,
Thanks :)

I'm really lazy and I managed an average of above 70% haha. It was harder than VCE to maintain (for me), but I'm guessing half the cohort gets 70%+.

Spoiler
CHOOSE MONASH WOOOOOOOO!

70% is a good mark that probably requires solid effort throughout the year.

As for your decision, there was a thread last year about it. I take the position that if the MD place is guaranteed, then spending three years undergrad is a Good Thing and there isn't really any compelling reason not to go to UoM, unless you happen to live next door to Clayton.

What do you define as lazy? As in, skipping lectures, leaving everything to the last minute, and cramming just before an exam?

Well, yeah a lot of cramming. However, I think towards the last half of semester 2 I got a solid study pattern after experimenting with a few tactics haha.

I think doing less than 2-3 hours a day of work is "lazy" in med :P

Don't you have to pay yourself for 4 years post-grad whereas Monash scholarship covers everything?
