Assuming that UMEP Econ is Intro Micro and Intro Macro, I reckon it wouldn't be too hard to snag a 4.0 or a 5.0. I completed Intro Micro in 1st semester 2012, with 0 previous commerce exposure, and scored a 95 for the subject. I can suggest that you follow the tutes and do the practise questions and all shall be peachy. Comparing this to my sci/eng classes, it was a lot easier in terms of concepts and time needed.

Also, make SURE that you do your best on each assignment, as they have about ~40 of your mark based on it.

NOTE: Remember that each different person is good at different things, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Maybe economics just clicked with me. If you put in the work, I don't see why you should be able to pull a H2 or a H1.
