I guess ignorant people judge difficulty in terms of scaling and as for my parents (how many people wanting to do medicine does it).

The thing is that they're ignorant both because they think that subject can be 'graded' and given some kind of difficulty measure (in general) and because they think that the scaling reflects the subject's content itself (which it doesn't). All that it means is that the people doing Revs, at certain points on the curve, achieve an average SS of 31 for their other subjects. That's it. It has nothing to do with a subject's difficulty at all (other than the maths which are scaled against each other as well).

Just found out I have work at 9am tomorrow morning..

Even if I don't do as well as I hope, I'm glad I'll be out of the house for 6 hours because work will keep my mind off my ATAR, haha. But do I hope I actually sleep tonight. Dealing with customers when you're sleep deprived is not fun.

Heard from a friend that there will be a meteor shower tonight http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/2014/12/13/where-when-why-your-guide-meteor-showers-over-weekend

"Sydney Observatory's astronomy curator Andrew Jacob says the meteors will be most visible between 11pm and 1am in eastern Australian skies, but should be visible throughout the night."

Going to go outside for a bit and check it out after 11

Wasn't there some sort of rocket explosion during the English exam this year too? Hmm...
couldn't resist teaching you guys one last persuasive technique... oh god I'm tearing up...
Jks, I'm sure you'll all do wonderfully and all these celestial explosions and cataclysms are in no way significant.
