I'm stressing so much, I got my offer but now I have no idea what to do. I'm away from the 21st to the 29th, the meeting in my offer said the 30th, I have to accept by the 30th and I have no tax file number!!! What do I do? Why does it have to be so confusing :'(

You don't need to give the uni a TFN until the census date which is usually 31 March 2013.

You don't need the TFN until census date, but either way, if bad comes to bad, it's not like it's jeopardising your enrollment, all that will happen is that you'll have to pay your fees for semester 1 upfront.
