Psych is a lot of rote learning, allegedly, which could be a good option. I heard Accounting is also, so you could consider it.
I know that people say doing subjects for the scaling is a crap idea, which is probably true in most cases, but for Spec you can't really deny that +12 from the mean is crazy, and a 50 scaled from like a 39 I think.
Just a recommendation that you probably wouldn't want to leave Spec out. It will inevitably force you to become a more competent maths student, which can easily improve your Methods skills. (There is an overlap, not everything, but some things are covered in both courses). Transformations being just one example. It also appears you're not doing a LOTE, which means that you could be ruled out of 99.95 if the aggregate exceeds 210, which it does in most years (except this year which had it at 209.9, but you can't predict it will be below 210 when you finish your VCE, so I'd play it safe).
