Is "Campbell Biology 9ed Australian Version + Biology Access Card CB VS" the same as "Campbell Biology 9ed Aust + Biology Access Card CB VS + Hen- dersons Dict Biology 15ed + Short Guide to Writing Biology" except with just an extra dictionary and guide? For someone who hasn't done VCE biology, should I get the second option?

tbh I just bought the main prescribed textbook and that was more than enough. I have found all the extra recommended books tend to be pretty useless unless you really struggle with writing essays...

This is exactly right.

You really don't need all that extra stuff.

If its available in the library on the odd chance you need to reference it.
