What type of calculator is allowed? Only scientific? If so, up to what extent? Are there approved models or just a scientific one? I'm too lazy to search in the handbook

Up to what extent though? I have two scientific calculators..but one of them has many more functions than other such as derivatives and integrals and complex numbers

The one with less functions will certainly be accepted. Not sure about the other one, one can always just drop into Engineering office and ask them to check it.

If you're doing Maths/Engineering make sure you keep your graphics calculator though. There are times that you'll find it useful when solving problems out of exams.
