Lol, I had my business SAC three weeks ago and the teachers just finished marking it, however they won't be revealing the scores to any students apparently because so many students actually failed (<30%) the test. The funny thing about it is that the teachers literally provided us with the questions prior to the SAC and people still failed, used dot point form for their responses and some people didn't even know a single characteristic of an LSO.

I'm going to have to try to get my marks from my teacher somehow, I'd like to know how I'm responding to questions so I know whether to amend the way I respond to questions or not for my upcoming SAC.

Even if they don't disclose your score to you, they'll still hopefully/probably tell you if you need to alter the way you answer questions :)

(also, is there a specific rule regarding the right for students to know their scores?)

I don't know but I'm so anxious to find out. I'm going to nag my teacher forever until she finally tells me, lol.

Well yeah. I'm confident I scored at least an A. I'm just frustrated at how shitty all the students went on the SAC. I mean, who scores lower than 5/20 on a SAC where the questions were reworded and provided to you prior to the SAC!?

Anyway, just gotta keep focused for my upcoming SAC I guess.

Yeah. Everyone always tells me to pay very close attention to my wording, I missed an A by 0.5 marks. But as long as your SAC ranking is where it needs to be, you should be fine.

I feel neutral. I don't feel so stressed. I guess I'm not thinking about things too deeply which is a good thing. We finally have access to our kitchen after a month. (We were required to create our homeroom banners first and one homeroom despite starting first finished last so there was quite a delay. )

I haven't used it because I haven't needed to but I reckon I will use it when winter comes.

That's awesome to hear.
I used my school's kettle so much... I'd get so hungry around 5pm so I'd run to the shops near my school and come back with those noodle-cups you could just pour hot water into. Meant I could studeh more   8)

My only issue is being nervous about SAC results. No matter how well I went, even if I was positive I scored over 90%, I'll still be thinking "what if I scored 60%"

Well I am currently in bed with lemon green tea  trying to get rid of a rather nasty cold and prepare for a lit SAC. But other than that I'm feeling a bit better about the whole Year 12 thing. I was quite unsure of where I stood at the start of the term, but with a few assessments down I am getting a clearer idea. I just have to keep improving and try to boost my immune system hah

Oh man. Sickness - the biggest enemy of anyone in Year 12. Make sure you're sleeping well and maintaining a balanced diet and exercise, even though that sounds like a no-brainer.

Well I'm not one that usually gets the flu vaccine every year (my mum has an adverse reaction to it so she's never wanted to risk it with my sister and I) but I think the possibility of potentially missing a fair amount of classes this year is too great and that it'll be worth getting the shot. I'm having it done in the school holidays so even if it makes me feel unwell for a few days, I'll have adequate time to rest and recover. :)
