Um...has anyone else realised that we have just under 11 weeks until the English exam?

I only fear that I won't have sufficient time to revise all the content in the textbook because English is too time consuming.

I am definitely not looking forward to year 12 English where I'll have to put a lot of effort into it

How about you guys?
Have you decided on which text response to answer for the exam?

I also finished mine last week and I will be writing on the anthology 'Will You Please Be Quiet, Please?'. I hated 'Cosi'.

Same :) I've desired I will write on The War Poems despite the fact I did better in my Christmas Carol SAC. I just enjoy it so much more!

Have you decided on which text response to answer for the exam?

I've been writing better essays for On the Waterfront but I enjoyed Interpreter of Maladies better. My teachers have encouraged me to prepare for both so that I simply get more choice when it comes to the exam, so I'm inclined to go this way. If push comes to shove and I can't, I'll probably do On the Waterfront.

I haven't made my mind up for context either. I liked Spies but The Lot: In Words might be easier to write on. That being said, I absolutely hate the book. I'll assess it after I do my final context SAC.

Looks like I could be writing on the two texts I actually enjoy the least. :P

I'm looking at doing A Christmas Carol for the exam simply because I enjoyed it more and feel that the themes are more closely tied than Cosi, which has a vast array of themes, which means that I'd have to prepare evenly for all of them!

For Identity Context, I'm still undecided, but I'll probably do a person letter or a letter to a government about a racism topic?

For context I'm probs going to write creatively on The Quiet American...:P I refuse to lay eyes on Paradise road ever ever ever again.

I'm not sure about text response. I think Ransom might be better than Interpreter for me.
