I might keep my books, unless one of my friends want them. If they do, I'll just sell them. :)

I'm definitely keeping my Accounting Textbook because some friends want tutoring, so I have all my self-made notes in my textbook about various tips and stuff. :P

Are you guys selling off your books or keeping them after VCE?

I kept my Methods stuff from last year, cos I want to tutor the subject, but I'd probably sell everything else :)
Also might end up keeping my Uni Math stuff, in case I end up doing something of that nature at uni :P

Am I the only one here who's getting more and more sick of playing the numbers game?

Now where have I heard users saying to not play the "numbers game" before? ::)

It's different being told by others and feeling it yourself. I couldn't help it no matter what anyone said, until recently..

Do you feel as if the numbers game has ruined your VCE experience? It ruined mine a bit I'll admit.

It only happens if you let yourself get caught up in it. It's easy to get too ahead of yourself or punish yourself with a low prediction. Don't predict , just do. You don't have to play the numbers game if you don't want to.

I actually see ATAR Clac as a lesser version of the Mirror of Erised (from Harry Potter): "Men have wasted away before it, not knowing if what they have seen is real, or even possible." Obviously I would hope no student has "wasted away before it", but no doubt many have "wasted hours and hours" trying to get that ATAR.

Or rather, wasting hours and hours in front of a computer screen calculating their potential, when they could be studying and making their goals happen. :)
