The Extracellular matrix (ECM)

Could someone explain this is depth please? Having some trouble on understanding what it exactly is.

From my knowledge of cellular levels and environments, the plasma membrane seperates the intracellular environment from the extracellular environment. The extracellular environment is made up of tissue fluid (renember that many cells come together to form tissue), and the next level is plasma. I don't know it in too much depth though because I haven't started this properly, but I imagine this is all you need to know :)

Yeah what you mentioned is pretty much the basics' I know..
Should i cover this in more depth? :/

Yeah what you mentioned is pretty much the basics' I know..
Should i cover this in more depth? :/

I don't imagine that you need to :) i've been through lots of practice exams and it doesn't look like its been examined :)

Why does it seem like your so much ahead?! hahaha, i'v looked at some practise exams but had NO IDEA what about 3/4 was talking about...Have you studied units3/4 already?? :P

You won't have to know anything about the extracellular matrix  :P

I did a headstart during the summer holidays and basically went through all the unit 3 and 4 Biology content :) yeah a little radical but I adore the subject + want to do well. I did Bio 1+2 last year though :D

Ohh, does the school provide you with the headstart summer school?

I attended TSFX lectures and also bought ample study notes for Biol which I went through. My school only required from me chapter 1 completed on Biomacromolecules and the corresponding sections from Biozone
