HOW DID YOU GUYS GO?

Long exam! Finished with about 10 mins to check, but that was pretty hard !

I had to do the MQ really fast so I could get enough time for short answer.

Many people at my school didn't finish :(

It was a hard exam IMO.

I worked until the last second. Didn't get time to check. Missed out on a 2 mark question.
Already spotted heaps of mistakes by glancing over Mao's answers.

Yeah i like finished like a minute before but got heaps of mistakes looking at Mao's solutions....:(

Man no matter how much prep i did i don't think i expected that....

Yep, it was harder than expected. I almost guessed 2 MC and completely skipped 8 and 10 (& possiblly another)

Does anyone have a copy of their answers? I wrote all my multi-choice and a few written answers in my databook so i can compare.....

10 short answer q's was way too much :)

Part i) How does Na form salt with (whatever the other was)
i just replaced the H from carboxylic with Na, just as if it were Na+ cation and COO- anion....

Part ii) Why is above Na salt more water-soluble than aspirin?
I said cause Na+ ionic compounds are always water-soluble...

someone on boredofstudies forum said something about it being polar....maybe being both polar and Na+ made it soluble?.....
