Hi everyone.
With the school year starting to pick up pace now, I'm starting to see more and more of my friends stress out over little things that seem so large now, but are so minute in comparison to our lives. So o thought I should start a thread. Because after all, there are undoubtedly users on AN out there feeling the same way.
So you're probably thinking, what would some random year 11 know about happiness? Well I like to think of myself as an optimist. I have been lucky enough to have some wonderful things happen in the past year or so that have shaped me greatly and have made me appreciate the little things in life a whole lot more. So the aim of this thread is me giving advice to you on how to see little positives in each day. If anyone has any other strategies they use, uplifting quotes etc, feel free to comment these.
I hope to comment at least daily on this thread.
So day 1: a smile is the key to happiness.
So smile away, it's the best thing you can do, it could just make someone's day. Or even your own!
