Basically, you'll have to learn the structure and elements of the plasma membranes and their roles in maintaining that fluid-mosaic model. These elements include:
* phospholipid bi-layer
* protein channel (formed by integral proteins)
* glycolipids
* glycoproteins
* cholestrol

You will also have to learn the definitions of each type of transport:
* Osmosis
* Active Transport
* Diffusion
* Facilitated Diffusion
* Vesicular Transport - Endocytosis and Exocytosis

You'll need to learn the accurate terminology to use when stating the effect placing a cell in either a hypertonic, hypotonic or isotonic solution, what occurs to actually make that happen.

Learn some practical experiment style questions; e.g. What variables are kept constant, why does the whole class conduct the same experiment.

Hope that helps
