Persuasive Techniques for English Oral?

Hey guys.

I have my english oral on monday, and I'm just re-reading my oral and I've realized that it's pretty boring. :/

I was wondering if you have any advice on how to make my oral more interesting/engaging. :)
As of right now, I only have rhetorical questions and some appeals, but that's all.

Any/all advice is appreciated. Please and thanks in advance. :)

Oh, and my topic is : 'should cannabis be legalized in Australia?' and I'm arguing that it should be legalized.
