HELP URGENT SAC 2 - LIVER ENZYME

Hi everyone , i have the second sac of unit 3 coming up .
i basically have everything covered except for the titles of the graph ,results and the whole practical it self
the prac is basically about testing the effect of enzymes which in this case is catalase.
we had 4 test tubes,

Test Tube 1. one including fine sand and hydrogen peroxide <---- this is just a control for the third sample , to make sure that it has no influence or effect on the results of the third sample
Test Tube 2. this one contained hydrogen peroxide and just a 1cm cubed liver , caused a reaction and bubbles were produced , we had to ignite a candle and place it into the tube to see if there was a presence of oxygen.
Test Tube 3. This one , we had to chop up another piece of liver into small pieces, basically grinding it up so it would all be homogeneous , so that enzyme concentration was the same in every little bit of piece, we added fine sand into the sample as well to assist in the separation and grinding.
Test Tube 4. This one included boiled liver and hydrogen peroxide , which would didn't produce a reaction as the enzymes were denatured.

The result table included , row groups were : Contents ( what was in it) <---- x-axis, Temperature (Both initial and after), evidence of oxygen, and the rate of reaction ( height of bubbles) <--- the y axis

If anyone could please kindly suggest a title for the whole practical itself and the results.

The factors that affect the rate of enzymes ?

The factors that affect the rate of enzymes ?
