question about rna

our teacher has asked us to each come up with a question about rna and I cant think of anything ,  also if someone has a goodquestion about ezymes that would be  good too because i was going to ask something that I already new!

Is it only mRNA that has coding information, or are there coding sequences in tRNA and rRNA too?

Is there any possible way to distinguish a DNA molecule and an RNA molecule merely by looking at the chemical formula of a molecule?

Enzymes:
When someone is exposed to excessive heat, and their thermoregulating, homeostatic mechanisms fail, can enzymes denature due to the heat being above optimum temperature? What consequences would this have?

The answer I gave this person was:

"only mRNA contains specific coding for a specific amino acid. However, by understanding the process of translation, we know that tRNA molecules are what 'carry' the amino acids to the ribosome. While mRNA has codons, tRNA has complementary anticodons; I suppose you could say that these indirectly code for a specific amino acid, but I wouldn't risk it."

Oh and for enzymes, why not ask your teacher if enzymes have multiple active sites. I'm actually not sure sure about this one, but I lean towards 'No.'
