it was on the masters building and i scored 35/35 ;)
im pretty sure i chose a geographic or something function, cant really remember
it doesnt matter what you choose, all can be chosen, its just about backing up your reason for why they are using it with the information provided..

Almost ran out of time!! I had a major brain freeze, I totally forgot the order of steps 3&4 for policy development. I couldn't figure out if you got stakeholder input and then developed a policy, or developed the policy then got stakeholder input to alter it.

Asked all my friends after the SAC and I picked the right option (First) :D

It was a good SAC, but comparing and contrasting Organisational structures really confused me!

Which ones do you think were the most difficult to compare?

I compared the Geographical and Matrix Style. It was to do with an owner who wanted to expand her business overseas but I can't remember what I said about them though, opening question haha. Most people did functional and geographical. Saw it and I was like, "uh oh" :P I just didn't know how to compare them properly.

How long did you guys get? We got 5 questions 25 marks 50 minutes.

Ah I see then!

Well I actually can't remember the amount of questions! It was 40 marks with a total of 85 minutes writing time I believe so. I had a big questions based on various management structures as well but a different scenario! I think that would be the general consensus with that type of question.

What are your case study's? Just trying to get an idea what they could be to revise.

Finished my part 1 today, and actually it wasn't one long case study as expected but rather several smaller ones a couple of which I had previously read from the Compak practice SACs.

Anyway I was rushed for time (25 marks in 50 minutes) but at least I think I did better than my outcome 1 disaster.

How did you and your school go man? I did mine yesterday, and after the first four questions, I've dropped one mark, whilst the majority has dropped about 2 1/2 - 3 (I've dropped the least so far xD). Some confusion with linking on our case study which I also did badly, despite our rather strong cohort.

Know your management and organisation structures, and make sure you can compare and contrast, that was where the majority of people in my class lost marks!

Management structures is the east bit! Learn corporate culture and procedures/policies (the steps) first, and then start learning/revising management structures. CC is more than half of my SAC - I focused more or less 80% of my time on management structures, hence why I did pretty badly.
