Use a pendulum to measure gravity, or compare the period of the pendulum when it is swinging at different amplitudes, roll a ball down a ramp and use it to measure gravity, etc. There are a bunch of good experiments, you just need to have a good discussion in your write up.

So, I was thinking of doing Lord kelvin's thunderstorm for my EPI. BUT, I am not exactly sure what I will be checking for.. like what is the purpose of building it? I know that it generates high voltage but how can measure it and do calculations? Or don't I do any calculations at all??
Please help!
