Are you looking at a mid year transfer or an end of year transfer?  Are you over the 2013 Clearly-In ATAR?

i'm thinking of transferring too (commerce to arts) so i've been doing some research and it seems the main thing is to put your vtac preferences in before the deadline for mid-year offers. if it's a mid-year transfer, it seems they only look at your atar but if it's end-of-year they look at your uni results. also you need to satisfy the prereqs for the course (e.g. chemistry 3+4, or fundamentals of chemistry if you didn't do chemistry in vce).  correct me if i'm wrong.
