If you go to bed at sunset tonight, and get up at sunrise, you'll be in bed for 12 hours and 18 minutes. Do you really do this?

Sorry I didn't word that properly. What I meant was that I will try to get up at around sunrise on a regular basis so that I will be able to do so without an alarm clock in the future. So that its as if my time of wake is in sync with this point of the day. The sun will have set for at least a couple of hours, usually, before I would call it a night.

Weekdays: 5-6 hours
Weekends: 10-12 hours

This year:
Weekdays + Friday: 6-8 hours
Saturday: 8-10 hours

On holidays, it's either 12 hours or 0 hours.. and even when I sleep for 12 hours, I wake up more tired than if I was to sleep for 0 hours, lol.

Oversleeping can be equally poor for you as under sleeping, in terms of feeling wrecked when you wake.

You dont sleep on Sunday?  ::)

Sunday night counts as a weekday, since you have to wake up for work/school/whatever on the Monday. I consider Friday night and Saturday night to be my weekends. And the reason I don't get much sleep on Friday night is because I often work Saturday mornings and have to wake up early for that.

On weekdays, I manage 7~7.5 hours at best. And when the teacher's talking their head off about something for too long and everyone's just listening, I space out involuntarily. It's actually the most annoying thing ever, as when I'm trying to listen in SD or physics, the teachers end up talking for a while and I just get spaced out when everyone else is listening. And for some reason nowadays, I can barely make it to 12:30 at night without nearly slumping over.

My sleep requirements = biggest inconvenience discovered this year

Usually 7.5-8 on weekdays. I did 6-7 for about a week, then crashed, slept for 9.5 hours and all was good the next day :D
