hey all,
having difficulty answering the following questions to answers would be greatly appreciated! 
scored 23/25 for the first sac, and 35/35 on the last one (sac 2A)

Describe what is meant by the contingency/situational approach to management style?

Identify some factors that may cause a management style to change under a contingency /situational approach.?

Identify 5 corporate situations in which it would be desirable to have each of the management skills?

The contingency management style is where a manager utilizes different styles in different situations. So if they're firing someone for doing something wrong they might use an autocratic style... it just depends on the situation.

Some factors that might cause change are the culture or other factors from internal/external environment as in AOS1.

And i'm not sure where u would need ALL the skills and this hasn't been covered in my textbook. so sorry
