I was in first year last year and I went. If nothing else, just raid the stalls ^-^

Do you they give out free stuff at the actual seminars? And do they give you bags or do I need to bring a suitcase or something?

Looking at what I got from last year... tonnes of VCAA exams (too cheap to print them off), Neap revision thing for Chemistry (lecture), calendars (lecture) and Medentry booklet (lecture). I also got a bag as well as a copy of the Age when there too LOL
Although it varies from year to year as well as day to day (E.g Lectures) and places they give you stuff also vary like some give it from their stalls whilst others are from lectures :)
