Can you get the scholarship for excellence if you enrol in a scholars program?

not asking for myself, asking for my family friend in year 12
money is an issue but he wants to go to monash but would have to rent somewhere and get a job because he lives far away from monash.
is it possible to enrol in the arts scholars program and get the excellence scholarship?
essentially the question is - are scholarships stackable?

Can't speak for scholars', but some scholarships are stackable. I'm a recipient of both the 'Vice-Chancellor's Access Monash' scholarship and the 'Monash University Scholarship for Excellence and Equity'.

Your friend would be better off sending an email to the university for a more detailed/informed answer.
