For me, it was three articles (two letter to the editors, one opinion piece) about whether a novel about a teenage girl's (sexual) relationship with an elderly man should be included in the VCE literature course.
English [14] Methods [19] Specialist [16] Chemistry [15] Physics [18]

You do realize that in order for us to get ATARs of 80-90+, there has to be people at the other end of the spectrum right?

I have a good feeling 'drugs in sport' is a potential issue

Yeah mine was three articles on 'drugs in sport'. I can't remember what type of articles they were though sorry-we did this unit at the start of the year first.

This is the topic at my school for both year 11s and year 12s. My teacher was saying the article the year 12s got was in a complete sarcastic tone throughout and only two girls in the year level picked up on it :/

That would have been interesting.
:D we are doing that book this year.  "love in the time of cholera" by Gabriel Marquez
the novel is rich with ideas on old age, love + disease, aging and change, there is so much more to it than just an old men having sex with a young girl.

our school did "schoolies issue"
2012 - legal studies (36)
- philosophy (31)

2013-
- history revolutions
- English
- literature
- sociology
