Maths overload

so basically I have around 15 sub-chapters to do on the weekend (chapter 9 and 10) before class on monday.
my teachers have decided to rush the next sac (calculus) and gave us the chapter 10 matrix on thursday and basically expect it due in by monday.
I know this might not be alot of work for some of you, but for me this is heaps.
so, does AN have any tips for tackling this large amount of maths? ty

On a serious note... Stick to low-gi foods (good foods). Eat like, tuna, porridge, apples, bananas, etc etc. It's very easy to eat chips and Skittles when you study... don't do it. Drink a shitload of water. Take an appropriate amount of breaks but don't cheat yourself.

100% agree^^

But if you suddenly realise that you cant spend 24/7 all on maths, I suggest this:
For each sub-chapter, do the first few qs to make sure you get your concepts right. Then, once you feel confident, skip to the last question and work backwards until the questions get easy / repetitive. This was you get your concepts down pat, then make sure you can do the hard questions too!

So, just work forwards, jump, then backwards, maybe a loop-the-loop as you ask BoB (back of book) to check if you go it right before a final charge and ace maths :D

2013:  English [40] (oops) Chemistry [46] Spesh [42] Indo SL [34] Uni Maths: Melb UMEP [4.5] Monash MUEP [just for a bit of fun]
2014:  BAeroEng/BComm

An engineer says the glass has a safety factor of 2.0

I'd say split it into bite-size portions and take breaks in between them. Make a list of these small portions you need to complete and then tick them off once you've completed each one because there's no satisfaction like scribbling something off your To Do List! That being said, make sure you don't treat yourself to a break UNTIL you complete the amount you needed to do in that given time. If you need motivation this weekend, we're all here for you on AN  :)
