first round offers/interview

Hey guys im a little bit confused about the process of receiving your offers. My first preference is bachelor of applied science (medical radiations) at rmit. As well as meeting the prerequisite there is a range of criteria which includes a supplementary form and a interview. So if i do get a offer from rmit does this mean i have a interview ?
