Congrats on the amazing results, everybody! I'm actually shocked at how well people have done.
Also shocked at the following:

CHEM10003 - Chemistry 1
Passed
2013, Semester 1, Parkville, On Campus, Semester 1
Mark: 86 Grade: First Class Honours (H1)

This is despite botching half my pracs and coming out of the exam *knowing* I'd made a couple of mistakes. So very, very happy with myself right now, I realistically couldn't have asked for a much higher score with the errors I'd made.
VCE: Chemistry | Biology (2011) | English (2011) | Environmental Science | Mathematical Methods CAS

2013-2015: BSc [Zoology] @ UoM | DLang [German - DISCONTINUED]
2016: GDSc [Botany] @ UoM
2017-2018: MSc [Biosciences - Zoology] @ UoM

Summer: BOTA30006

S1: BOTA20001 | EVSC20004 | BOTA30003 | BIOL90001

S2: GEOG20009 | BOTA30002 | BOTA30005 | EVSC20003 | NRMT90002

Subject and major reviews incoming :)

I'm annoyed because I seriously don't think I lost enough marks to reduce to a 97 (I got 100 on the midsem and obviously 100 on all of those silly CALs) so everyone ignore me while I go sit in the corner and mope and I repeat again for the thousandth time my disclaimer: I do not apply my own ridiculous standards to any of you.

People are allowed to be upset/disappointed if they don't reach their personal goals. It doesn't mean they're unhappy with the marks.

Apologies for coming off as rude. I'm just really pissed off with this semester after putting in endless hours when it doesn't seem to pay off.
2012-2014. BSc: Neuroscience. University of Melbourne.
2015-2018. Doctor of Optometry. University of Melbourne.

Unlikely to respond to any PMs these days.

It's okay, you didn't come off as rude.  If it's any consolation that's how I feel right now too, although I suppose it may appear to be an entirely different battle.

I find it a little ridiculous that the law faculty has yet to release the Principles of Business Law results, given that the subject is entirely computer based MC Q. What is up with that.

Data entry laziness.
Also poor at result release: Neurophysiology, probs expect those results in 2020.

I'd say they are all geniuses, and they all work extremely hard!!

If I ever got quadruple H1s, I think I'd pass out  :o

This years 1st years are crazy, absolutely insane. I think the 2nd year cohort is nowhere near as strong, at least the section that uses AN. And then everyone 3rd year and above that still uses are all geniuses.

As to whether it's normal to get all H1s... all you can say is that it is uncommon and rare, and that all of the students here are obviously of high calibre. It's like a nexus of high achievers here.

the amount of people getting 90s and even 100s in like a cohort is probable at most 5? i think these people like to come to this forum alot.
OR there are obviously some trollers here. getting a 100 is insane, i would like to see how the lecturer reacts when he sees someone getting this mark. And to the people getting 90s and 100s, im going to pay attention to the names on the dean's list to see who you are.
But im not ruling out the probability that there are geniuses in melb uni, chance is its not high that they frequent this forum alot like these trolls do.

There is a correlation between students who continue using AN after VCE and determination to achieve high marks.
