Given I'm taking 3 third year subjects and one second year and one first year, I can't say I'm surprised with this timetable. Looks like I have Mondays "off".

Some tutorials are disappearing for one of my subjects, I've tried clicking "show full classes" but it doesn't do anything. Anyone else have this problem? Does this mean they won't release more places for thos tutorials on the second release?

So either I sit in my office and work on my thesis for 5 hours on Monday, or I drop Riemann Surfaces.

Wow, nice work! Only one day with compulsory classes is practically unheard of for a science student!

It will be a relief not having five 9am starts like semester 1.
However, looks like i'll be doing lots of work on assignments etc. with rbp, genes and genomes and my breadth, so I hope to use the spare time effectively!

Yes it would be! I have 4 9am starts, two 5:30 finishes, a 4:15 finish and a 3:15 finish :( But one day off :)

Can't say that I'm displeased :P The two clashes are irritating, but the workshop on the Monday only occurs 6 out of the 12 weeks, and I know for a fact that all the English lectures are recorded.

Going to need to force myself to get out of bed on Wednesdays haha. Luckily choir practice is on in the evenings and I have to tutor so hopefully that's enough motivation to make me go to non-compulsory lectures earlier. Sigh.

Those workshops are the most pointless thing in the worlddddddddd
Unfortunately you have to attend 5 out of 6 of them as a hurdle requirement

Yeah. I'm hoping Representation isn't as bad as apparently the semester 1 Arts Foundation subjects were. It's run by the English dept. whom have proved pretty good so far...

What are the chances of a spot opening up from now to the start of semester, if your waitlisted at no. 1? Should I keep it or is there no hope at this stage?

There's a chance that people might pull out when semester starts and before the census date (which I believe is August 31st, someone correct me if I'm wrong) if they realise that they don't like the subject.

Thanks, and should I just go to that tutorial anyway when the semester starts?
