Do units 1 and 2 of this subject require good memory skills?

Off the top of my head, not as much for Unit 1 and 2 in comparison to Unit 3 and 4 in my opinion. You do need to remember quite a fair few definitions, such as the 8 Aspect of Religion, types of ethical approaches (altruism, egoism, etc.). Whereas for Unit 3 and 4, in my experience, it has been more remembering historical events, dates, historical figures and being able to essentially explain, reason, discuss. If you're able to understand what's happening in class, you should be fine. PM me if you require any help :)
