Unit 4 AOS 1 - Court question

I'm in the process of writing my summary for this upcoming sac. I attended revision lectures this week which focused heavily on the Study Design more than the textbook. My school uses the Oxford textbook and Chapter 6 (the chapter for this topic) goes into lots of detail about the courts specialist lists and the divisions (Koori court, drug court, family violence court).

I've searched through the study design and haven't found anything about these. So my question is whether it is pointless to bother studying about the separate divisions and lists of the courts... or just learn their jurisdictions etc?

No, you do not need to know about Specialist Courts, 99.9% sure because this answers been answered here and my teacher and the study design said so.

Basically, anything not on the Studydesign is not examinable. You only need to jurisdictions of Victorian Courts (not specialist courts/divisions or VCAT lists)
