Personally, I think Hank will help Walter get out of this and join Walt's side. Other people in the DEA will start to cotton on that Walter is a baddie. Then Walt and Hank will work together to get him free/out of the crystal meth business.

Walt Jr will finally get his breakfast and take over his dads business.

Well we know from the start of season 5 that he bought that massive machine gun. It's either to protect himself, to protect someone else or go down in a blaze of glory. I think he's going to come out of hiding to protect someone (Walt Jr/Baby/Skylar? or even perhaps Jessie?).
At this point he might die, succeed in protecting someone or get caught by the DEA.

I can't be too sure about anything because knowing Vince Gilligan, anything is possible

Walt has to die. He's gotten arrogant and thinks he's invincible it's the only acceptable way to end the season with Jessie hanging up the hazmat suit for good.
