Ok guys, so I've gotten a 81% average for unit 3 (ranked 7/30)-yes i stuffed up badly on my research methods sac- and hoping for an A+ (ranked 1 or 2/30), provided that i smash the exam, what am i looking at in terms of study score?

Well, I averaged about 70%/80% last year in Psych SACs and got B+ for both exams. That got me a 30.
With an average of 80, I'd say you are leaning towards high 30's, early 40's provided the exam goes well for you. Psychology scaling is usually about three points, so the higher you get, the better!
