A 35 in English Language, achievable?

I recently found out I need a 35 to get into my course that I'm looking at and I was just asking for opinions about the  kind of scores needed during the year and in the exam to get this score, little bit worried! haha

I got A+, A+, A and well my score's there!
2013-15: BBiomed (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology), UniMelb
2016-20: MD, UniMelb
2019-20: MPH, UniMelb
2021-: GDipBiostat, USyd
